ST. GEORGE — St. George's Grace Episcopal Church will be caring for a valuable piece of art until its permanent home is ready in the Liberty Village attraction.

Liberty Village, a 32-acre immersive historical experience currently under development in Hurricane, Washington County, will feature live performances and replicas of historical figures and locations from the American Revolutionary War period.

The new piece of art acquired is a 1893 stained-glass window painting entitled "Twelve-year-old Christ in the Temple," designed by Tiffany Studios.

Liberty Village Marketing Director Ellen Jensen described the attraction's plans for the window, noting that it was originally built for the Danbury Baptist Church in Connecticut, which was demolished in 1955.
